Band Heaters

Band heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance ribbon wire as the heating element, Use mica board or ceramic core as insulation material, then insulated and covered by metal sheathing and rolled to the required band shape. There are Mainly three types of Band Heaters made by Heating Solution: Mica band Heater, Ceramic Band heater and Nozzle Band heater.
